Tailgate Guys BBQ Podcast

Mar 29, 2022

There are so many great people in BBQ who care about making life better for others and Bradley Ball is one of those. An attorney based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Ball grew up in the Memphis area and attended Memphis in May on a regular basis. He and his brother did some competition Q. Now, the Air Force vet - still a member of the Tennessee Air National Guard - is bringing BBQ knowledge to military members all over the USA through “Firefest,” an initiative funded by charity dollars to teach, feed and put on two-meat competitions for the men and women of the armed forces. On Episode 155 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, Ball tells the story of “Firefest” and why it’s important to him.

It’s also time for the March edition of “Arkassippi Alley” from our friend John Lindsey of All Qued Up BBQ, co-host of the Arkassippi Smoke Live and SCA Ribeye Roundup along with the line of rubs and sauces that are known as the #ArkassippiCombo. John discusses the recent SCA World Championship and unveils his plans to jump back into some KCBS events this season.

A big thanks to our great sponsor/marketing partners who make Season 4 of the show possible: Blues Hog BBQ Sauce, Royal Oak Charcoal, The Butcher Shoppe, Iowa BBQ Store, Fergolicious BBQ, Affordable Financial Services, Arkassippi Smoke Live and The Arkassippi Combo, Pro Technology Solutions, Vietti Marketing, In the Garden of Eden and Marty “Sign Man” Prather and Domino’s.

We still have room for a couple of more sponsors. Contact me at lscranton755@gmail.com for more info. Have a great BBQ Week and thanks for listening! #SmokeEmIfYouGotEm
