The “Hardcore Carnivore” tells us about emceeing the recent World Butcher Challenge in San Diego where teams from around the world showed their knife skills. Then it’s time to catch up with Heath Riles to discuss his busy 2022, which includes his first Memphis in May World Ribs Championship. Heath describes what went into the victory and what it meant to him on a personal and business level. And what about the apparent concerns about the future of Memphis in May?
