Southern Dutch won 8 of 10 contests in Europe in 2021 to finish 6th in the final KCBS Team of the Year standings. We find out about Tom’s cooking background, his BBQ inspirations and the rising popularity of open-fire cooking in Europe.
Veteran American pitmaster Greg Hastie of Tebo Creek BBQ also spends some time with us. In 2021, Greg opened American Fire BBQ in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
