Myron Mixon is known as the winningest man in BBQ and this week will be shooting for his fifth Memphis in May World Championship. A compelling figure for his role on the iconic television program BBQ Pitmasters, we welcome Myron to Episode 113 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show Podcast.
We visit with Myron about Memphis in May, where he will cook a pair of 200-pound hogs, and his new book out this week - Keto BBQ: Real BBQ for a Healthy Lifestyle - highlighting Myron’s 100-pound weight loss.
