Later, he created the ground-breaking television program “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” and now takes us inside the love of food - including BBQ - throughout the USA.
We also take a trip to southeast Missouri to visit with Travis Bickings, pitmaster of the competition team Shot in the Dark BBQ. Travis tells us about getting into competition BBQ after a 20-year career in the Marines and how his team has taken its game to a new level in 2021 with its first Grand Championship.
