John Lindsey and Ronald Burns were tremendous KCBS cooks before they became two of the top steak cooks on the Steak Cookoffs Association circuit. On Episode 101 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show, we have an extended conversation with the duo about steak - and much, much more.
Lindsey, from Arkansas’ All Q’ued up competition team has teamed up with Burns, Mississippi’s Hotty Toddy BBQ, to form the nucleus of “Team Arkassippi.” The two have taken their popular line of rubs and combined them into the #ArkassippiCombo and we visit with them about the importance of layering to acquire the ultimate great taste.
